现任职于武汉工程大学计算机学院、湖北省智能机器人重点实验室,主要从事智能机器人、模式识别和图像处理等方面的研究工作。目前在包括AAAI、IJCAI、ICRA、ICME、ICIP、IEEETrans等在内的重要国际学术刊物和国际学术会议发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI检索7篇,EI检索20余篇,ESI热点&高被引论文1篇,申请国家发明专利10余项,主持或参与完成国家级、省部级项目10余项,指导本科生获得省优秀学位论文1项。
